DILL SEEDS

The dill fruits infusion has vasodilator, diuretic, carminative, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic properties, and stimulates the secretion of gastric juice.

Preparation method:
Place 1 table spoon of the contents in an enamel bowl, add 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a double boiler for 15 minutes, then cool down at room temperature for 45 minutes and filter. Take the infusion 2-3 times a day per 1/3 of a cup.

ST. JOHNS WORT (TUTSAN)

The infusion of tutsan is taken orally as an astringent and antiseptic for colitis, locally as a lubricant for the gums, as well as for rinsing the mouth against gingivitis and stomatitis.
